This paragraph explains those problems and
reminders for your selecting external consultants.
(1) 「Please Share an
Example」 has already become a normal request: Professionals of talents search and
jobs search advise people who are seeking for jobs or doing recruiting must ask
for the other party [Please Share an Example] in an interview, it is also the same when you are
selecting other kind of suppliers, do you agree?! Besides sharing example, the purpose is to
know the consultants’ experience, logic and resources match your need or not. Consultants who have lots of experience
or resources may charge higher, and consultants who are less experienced but
with strong logic, you can assign a senior internal employees to work with them
in order to make up the gap those consultants may have, however, the time it
needs to spend in the consulting work may be longer.
(2) Please you try to solve problems by yourself before hiring an external consultant, hence, you will create a [Questions List] for your selecting the consultants: The purpose is to collecting and defining questions / you are not just imagining problems, at the same time, you will realize the limit of people’s work capabilities and manpower in your company, and these are for your listing in the questions list when interviewing and selecting the consultants👈👈👈 Please be advised to create a form with your IT department, it is request for proposal =RFP👇👇👇

add a field, [Document], in your list, and another field, [DocumentOwner].
Document = it is a communication tool in the organization, they are those paper or
e-documents and those you have already known, such as purchase order, sales
order…etc., they are those documents for your [keeping the records of work
activities] 👈👈👈 you will also think about👉👉👉it
will increase the work efficiency or cause more confusion if you use only 1
kind of document in your daily work in the organization?!
(Example: approval by email, even it generates numbers for
records, there may be problems in how to keep it when employees or work
organization changes; do you think all the employees should print out their
managers’ approval emails for filing?! And who is responsible for keeping and
managing them?!)
Those internal or external service providers who
are supporting you to establish internal control may call it [ControlDocument].
For your reference.
DocumentOwner = It is like all those internal statements of a company, there is a department responsible for generating and revising the statements, this is a reminder for you to define each work owner of each kind of document in your company.👈👈👈You have already known that Goods Receipt Note is created or revised by Warehouse Unit rather than by Finance Department, Marketing Department or HR Department; finally, you will figure out the Document Owners work departments are the responsible departments to implement the management policies, for example: Warehouse Unit /Logistics Department is responsible for defining the Goods Receiving Work Proccess, this department is also responsible for logistics system module in the system or operate the goods receiving system work process👈👈👈Then, you will find out DocumentOwner=It is also the WorkOwner described in Policies, What to Write, by WHOM?! it only needs adjustement on the affiliation among work departments and the scopes of the management policies when implementing it.
In fact, everyone feels above is a
work roles and responsibilities allocation, it is just people feeling it
difficult to gather all together /manpower is different from companies,
therefore, those allocation results are different among companies; please tell

the detailed, the better, however, it is not a must to contain proper nouns.

ask your internal staffs to go through the content and assume strangers will

more efficiency and help them to understand the situation in your company.

Your entry –level
employees [must] raise questions, because those questions are the issues of
[how to do it], more than that, they may cause the
company revise or give up the original project work objectives.
Case: Emily was doing a
business planning work, program R, if it succeeds, the company will be No. 1 in
the industry, however, a system
operating problem was found when doing the planning /the products were the same, however,
once the business launches, it will operate like another company, in the
future, the new business is another work model, and all the system work
processes need to be reorganize for this new business or it needs to purchase a
software costs tens of millions TWD; due to the uncertainties of the
new business, finally, this company gave up the work objective of program R.
(3) 「Please let us
know, once this consulting period ends, will our company obtain the work
capability to solve OOO problems?!」+「How you will
provide consulting service work?!」: This kind of
questions help you to obtain consulting firms or individuals of real and enough
work professional abilities, it ensures you are able to know the answers of
your problems and the precious ways
of solution. Consulting firms with notable brands are not always the best choice for
you, there is only the most suitable one, there is no the best one, do you
agree?!
Case: Emily found out that there is a notable brand
consulting firm providing consulting materials for Emily’s company, however,
the materials are Emily’s work results if former company, and, in the
consulting service providing period, the consultant usually answered questions
raised by Emily’s colleagues: It depends on your company’s regulations.
After knowing this situation, Emily’s Managing
Director spoke our mind:「Then, what we need
them for?!」
Assuming that, if your company encounter similar
situation, would you still like to pay the consulting service fees?! 👉👉👉At that time, Emily’s
suggestion was adopted in the company: The consulting service period is so
long, both side have great brand awareness, however, the consulting firm has
lots of clients, and if we don’t pay, though, it is reasonable, there may be
rumor we are a company causes outstanding payment. 👈👈👈We paid though we don’t want to.
I hope this case is helpful to you, if we took
legal action, actually, it was not beneficial to our company, however, employees
who know this case will discuss accordingly once things remind them of this
case in the future. Truth speaks louder than debate.
(4) 「Please let us know
the template you’ve provided, are you ( your firm) the template creator?」: This kind of question is for knowing the consultants are only providing
services of [transferring] knowledge(copy others’ work) or they possess true
consulting service work capabilities. It is the same as above (3). consultants
won’t admit they [directly] provide you with others’ work result for your
reference, and, original creators of all the company( e,g. I) may change jobs,
hence, there are less people really know the truth of who are the original
creators; consultants usually answer:「This is the work result
our clients generated based on our consulting service.」, in this
situation, please be advised to ask this consultant for introducing the
occasions and their consulting work procedures for their clients’ if not
involving disclosing the industry, products or service and the name of their
clients. Consultants who possess strong consulting service experience would love to
share and exchange idea with you, because, their experience of success would
help to get your attention and win your case, if they are allowed to disclose
the company of their clients, consultants may even help to introduce business
opportunities between their clients and your company! This is another kind of
value consultant is able to provide; consultants who
don’t want to share their experience may because they plagiarize others and
have not transformed it as their own knowledge, they have less willingness to
provide service to you, if not, what other reasons may cause them not sharing
the experience?! Non-Disclosure-Agreement?! They have provided material to you,
there is nothing can’t be disclosed, right?!
(5) 「What is the most
difficult thing in the whole situation?! Why?!」: It is to know
the customer care this consultant will provide after case closed or to know the
actual consulting service work experience.
(6) It is required to be prepared in
mind because the consultants’ advices or findings may be in an opposite
direction of those policies the company has just announced.
Example: Company A is
reviewing its overtime work cost and manpower problems, and finally, the
company decides to do work process reengineering, work systemizing…etc. more
than 1 work project, and it decides to hire an external consultant to do this
project work; in the progress of the company’s making decision, they didn’t
notice that the number of volume of employees’ complaints about the overtime
work and management model doesn’t
reduce significantly, neither, employees don’t
have positive expectation on this work innovation. The consultant has
found out 1 thing in common when interviewing with employees: In general,
senior employees or mid-level managers think the top level managers, in fact,
possess not enough actual management work experience, those work decision
making processes are superficial and cannot achieve work effectiveness,
however, there is no suitable work complaint channel, because, the complaint
contact window is Human Resources Department, all involved work owners
departments which are complained, their attitude make complainers feel
themselves be called Raspberry Award Winners.
In this case, top
managers are those in their younger age, high level education background, and
this result came from the new published work policies of this company; if you are the
top manager of this company, how you will do for this situation?! What kind of
consultant you would like to seek for to solve this problem?! In your first
interview with the consultant, this problem may be coincidentally figured out,
therefore, you may need to pause the whole situation and to adjust your request
for service.👉👉👉Those professional consultants may
naturally consult you [the possible root causes of the problems] in the
communication between you and them.
(7) 「Please let us know
is it possible your work professions is replaced with AI?!」: My answer is : No,
but, [it will develop in a way of mutual
interacting, improving each other, AI support consultants services requesters
to organize their need and find the suitable human consultants].
AI helps everyone to organize their questions or
search for answers which are searchable, and, human users keep input the data
into AI, human users also request for AI’s help in dealing with needs that
human beings cannot achieve. For
example: a human consultant may ask AI about most recent discussed business
management issues, however, AI cannot know what questions this
consultant may be asked today and provide relevant answers in advance, this
consultant must rely on their own experience and keep learning to develop their
own service value. Relatively, AI is able to provide solutions of other
company to the organization in demand, however, interactively, it cannot
continue to find the most suitable solution, it is because in those
organizations in demand, there are issues related to people/employees/customers
or suppliers, all cannot exist without emotion or feeling, it needs human consultant to provide advices with
empathy.
I built up this article on 2023/04/04 and revise it
on 2025/12/11, those interactive AI I’ve used are ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Grok,
I use Gemini and Grok most frequently, before this article’s publishing, I used
Gemini, Grok and Copilot to generate images; in these interactive software, their common features are generating
comparison charts or forms for users in saving time in thinking, and,
based on the need of this blog, Grok provides more resources, such as:
Create images for free: 2 images for 1
request; other software provides 1 image every time.
Create short video for free: Yes; other
software has not provided this service( it is available on YouTube now,
2025/12/16).
Search for news and available for
free subscription: Yes; other
software has not provided news subscription service, news searching service is
also available.
Communication tone: It provides
communication tone adjustment mechanism, users are able to request for tone
adjustment in a communication, adjust the preference; other software allows
users requesting for adjusting tone in a communication, however, tone
adjustment mechanism is not available, yet, tone preference survey is not
available, either.
Other difference: In generating images,
Grok and Gemini tend to create images like those in real world, and Copilot
creates in comics.
As a business management and career advice sharing
consultant, this blog would like to suggest you to try above AI interactive
software for Q&A communication, you use them as a kind of consultants and
ask questions and think /verify their reliability👉👉👉Do you consider these software

questions as you can! Your questions may bring consultants to see things in a
new angle, you don’t need to compete who is better professional with the
consultants, and the consultants don’t need to show they know everything,
either /because it is impossible (please be suggested you don’t expect
consultants know everything of their business scope in the world, it is because
each consultant or every consulting firm has their own specific expertise,
there is a particular scope suitable for them to develop and evolve). All
in all, the purpose needs to be based on your getting the solution of your
problems. 👉👉👉It
is very easy, and, there are also difficulties👉👉👉Let’s go back to the beginning:
